BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND INSURANCE

You can reserve your spot on any of our tours online, with a credit card (Visa, MC, American Express) and a 25% deposit. Most of our tours sell out well in advance, so we recommend booking in order to avoid disappointment. We also offer a limited number of early-booking 'hotseats': 10% off the first few seats booked on selected trips. Visit our schedule page to find out which trips have hotseats. You can also book your spot by calling our office.

All of our trips can be extended with additional activities and more riding - visit the individual tour pages to find out how you can extend your trip. Book back-to-back trips and save 10% off the cost of your 2nd trip!

Once we have received your booking, a representative from our office will call you to help you with the arrangements for your trip: booking flights, bike rentals, extending your trip, etc...

We offer a discount of 10% for all groups of five or more. We also offer custom group trips , if you want to schedule a private trip for your group.

You may cancel your reservation with no penalty within 7 days of booking. After the first week, our cancellation policy is as follows:

-60 days notice or more: $250 cancellation fee, or $100 transfer fee if you transfer to another trip
-30-60 days notice: $500 cancellation fee, or $250 transfer fee if you transfer to another trip
-less than 30 days notice: the full trip price is forfeited.

Please note that our cancellation policy is strict. For this reason we strongly urge you to purchase trip cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATIONS BY US

Once you have received a confirmed reservation from us, we make every effort for that trip to go forward. However, we must reserve the right to cancel any trip. Should we cancel a trip on which you have a confirmed reservation, we will not only refund all monies paid by you, but we will also give you a $400 credit good for any Sacred Rides Mountain Bike Holidays trip during the same or following season. Please not that once trips are scheduled, cancellations by us are extremely rare.

INSURANCE

Travel medical insurance is mandatory for all of our trips. If you don't have insurance, please contact our partners at Travel Underwriters - they will be happy to help you purchase discounted insurance for your trip, ranging from medical-only to comprehensive insurance. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption: if anything should happen to you before or during your trip, your investment will be covered.
